How to NOT be afraid of failure

I have to ask: How much power does fear have in your life?
Fear can seriously impact and limit how we live. It can stop us from loving and serving others freely. It can prevent us from going where life calls us to go and doing what we are called to do.
Fear can even be used by the competition or our ego to steal our purpose.
Because the stakes are so high when it comes to the things we are afraid of, I want to encourage you to confront your fears today.
**One of the most transformative things you can do when feeling anxious and afraid is to immerse yourself in that feeling. Allow yourself to trust, have faith, and courage to rise up above the initial fear.
When your faith in yourself becomes bigger than your fears, you should feel confident to be freed from the constraints those fears have created in your life.
When you release yourself, your world grows bigger and more beautiful. Your life opens wide to the possibilities and the miracles that it has for you.
God, the universe, or whatever you believe in, wants us all to live an abundant life–one where we fulfill all the purposes and plans created for us to achieve.
So choose courage and trust over fear, and step into what the good life has for you!
Let's shift gears just a bit and talk about Mindset and how a positive vs negative mindset can impact our life.
Mindset is everything.
You don’t DO mindset. You HAVE a mindset.
Mindset is not optional. We all have it, and we all use it.
Your mindset is simply your belief system for how life gets to work.
So think about this, beliefs determine actions which determines results.

If you believe that you CAN do something and think about it being already done, it gets to be easy (because you have seen it work in your mind), and you can do or have anything you want in life.
If you believe that you can’t do it and it’s too hard and that it will never work… then you are right. It won’t.
Here is the thing, you can’t opt-out of having a mindset.
You have one.
It’s there and will always be there.
The question then becomes… how will you use your mindset to cultivate the things you want in life and let go of the things that no longer serve you?
It doesn't matter if you are the best or the worst at something; it matters what you believe about your ability to get there.
You have to overcome self-doubt.
You can always learn and acquire new skills, but you won't reach your goals if your mindset is negative.
What mindset block do you want to let go of, and what mindset belief do you want to replace it with?
Here is a little exercise for you to do. Now Just remember, our brains work better when we are clear on what we ultimately want. When you write something down on paper, you are 50% more likely to achieve what you want vs keeping it in your head. Our brains are like toddlers. When we let it run the show, it can create havoc and we don’t want that when it comes to our lives. That is why I encourage you to write your dreams and desires down so that you know exactly what you want, what is bothering you and holding you back and also you can create solutions to how you can achieve your ultimate goal.
So, Write out the things you think you can’t do in one column, and in the other column, write out the reasons that you can do it.
List as many as you can think of.
Get clarity on the mindset blocks that are holding you back and bust them with a different mindset belief that you can get behind.
Once you have done this exercise, I want you to read these positive beliefs over and over again daily until you start to truly believe that you can achieve what you set out to do.
Train your brain to lean towards the positive side and not the negative. It will take time to truly train your brain but once it becomes a habit in your mind, you will find that what you are trying to achieve starts to get much easier.
Our Mind is a POWERFUL tool. Use it to your advantage.
